• Q: How long does it take to create a website?

  A: Your site usually can be up and running in 2 to 4 weeks (might take longer) depending on the complexity of the website.
• Q: Average cost? Are there different payment plans?

  A: There’s truly no good answer to this question. The price of the website depends on many factors such as functionality of the website, custom coding, number of pages, photo galleries and slideshows, social media integration, SEO setup, contact forms and different plugins. We accept checks and payments via Paypal. 50% of the payment (non-refundable) is requested upfront and the remaining payment is due once the website is live. We also offer monthly payments with no interest!
• Q: Will we have to layout a design or will you already have one planned?

  A: Your website should be both personal as well as reflect the professionalism of your business. I’m happy to work with you to figure out the perfect layout.
• Q: How much interaction is required from my end?

  A: Other than supplying me the services and basic information of your website, it’s encouraged to stay in touch with me so we can work on personalizing your design just the way you’ve envisioned it.
• Q: How often should my site be updated, and how much will this cost?

  A: Your website design includes free Basic Website Maintenance for 30 days. After that period you can either sign up for a website maintenance plan (monthly fee), or pay per update based on our hourly rate.
• Q: What if i am not satisfied with my final website? Will there be refunds?
  

  A: I have never run into this situation, I will work with you until you love your website. The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable.
• Q: Do you design logos for sites?

  A: Yes! I have extensive skill in Adobe Illustrator as well as in Adobe Photoshop. I will create 3 prospective logos based on your information; you will select 1 logo to develop further. I will rework the selected logo based on your feedback and will present you with the updated versions. Logo is delivered in .png, .jpg, and .tiff files, in black and white and full-color versions. All layered .psd and .ai files will be delivered as well.
• Q: Can you help us get listed in search engines?

  A: Of course, we optimize your website to help your business achieve higher ranking on popular search engines. More advanced SEO services are handled by the SEO professionals, who specialize in Search Engine Optimization and provide their services for a monthly fee.
